How to request account deletion
TestNest accounts are created when you sign in with Google in the mobile app (OAuth). To delete your account:
- Open this page on a web browser.
- Tap Continue with Google and choose the same Google account you use in TestNest.
- Read the data deletion summary below, then tap Delete my account permanently and confirm.
If you cannot access this flow, email support@testnest.app from your account email and ask us to delete your TestNest account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
What we delete
When you confirm deletion, we remove:
- Your Firebase Authentication login for TestNest.
- Your user profile and statistics in our database.
- Apps you listed on the marketplace, including app icon files we stored for those listings.
- Swap records and proof submissions (including proof images) where you are involved.
- In-app notifications addressed to you.
- Chat threads you participated in and the messages stored for those threads.
What we may retain and for how long
Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain in our Firebase / Google product logs for a limited period under Google’s retention policies (for example security, abuse prevention, and service reliability). These logs are not used to restore your account.
Crash or analytics events tied only to device or session identifiers may persist without your name or email. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
